New Book

I love going to the library and what better way to go then walking.  Even though is a 30 minute walk (one way), I fit it into my schedule at least once a week.  Yesterday while browsing through the new books section I came across this book called 'the gym survival guide: your road map to fearless fitness'.  It's a great book if you are interested in joining a gym for the first time.  I truly recommend it even if you are not interested.  After reading it I so wanna join one, and I'm looking around my town for one that is convenient.  Let's see how that goes.  This book motivated me even more to be fit.
