1 week later
So I am doing a Biggest Loser Challenge and our weigh ins are on Tuesday but my official WW weigh ins are on Friday. I have to be totally honest and say that I have not been to WW in at least 2 weeks (bad me). I have had no motivation and I had a little medical problem. I have since been okayed by my doctor to start my diet and exercise program again. I know that I was pretty much maintaining (with about 1 lb gain) but I wanted to get ou tof my rut.
I spoke with a nutritionist friend who has helped me out. I am on a 3 day booster and then back to WW plan with a constant fluxuation of daily calories. See, I was eating, pretty much, the same things over & over and my body got used to it, again. I will do exactly what she has told me and we will see what happens over the next few weeks.
Well, I stepped on the scale for my BLC weigh in this morning and I am down 2.1lbs!!! I think I have finally broken through this horrible plateau!! I hope I can maintain the 2.1 (possibly a littel more) loss for my Friday, official weigh in at Weight Watchers! I will keep you posted!
