First Full Week
Hello, I have been faithful in eatting right and exercising daily. Today is my first full week on my 1500 calorie cutback. And I weighed in today and was down 10 lbs. I was like WoW!!! I am so motivated my pants even felt loose. I guess I'll strive for two weeks. "You Go Girl"

Starting
I have started my calorie cut back, I walk everyday for 30 to 45 mins or I'll ride my bike for 30 mins. I feel really good about doing this. I have been slightly over weight basicly all my life and now I feel as if I am finally taking charge. I have a huge support system, but I have made up my mind, that I will do it alone. I went to the doctor on yesterday and he said I need to be 150 lbs so that's my goal, not for the doctor but for me. I pray and I asked God to give me the power to go through. I have counted my calories and I'm doing okay.
