I so lost it
As you can see from my graph I have totally been out of the zone the last couple of weeks and have regained loads. However, I have learnt from the past and not regained everything I had lost and more on top. A mini-victory.
I am still dreading weigh-in on Thursday. I doubt I will have lost and my results will be detrimental to my team. But I still have time to redeem myself before the end of the challenge.
I will catch up with everyone today - apologies for not having the time to do so before.

Your still in a better position than when you started before, so well done for that, and just get going again. Refocus and GO GO GO XXX

Slipping is ok, what matters is getting up and at it again!! Since I got back on the wagon, here is an outstretched hand to help you jump back on!! :)

Load the wagon back up
Hey girl! Look at it this way, atleast your not back at square one, and you are getting back on the wagon. We all slip once and while. No big deal, just get back with it, and kick major butt to make up for the gain.
