Before After

1.25 lbs lost - I'm so so lucky

And happy

I honestly thought I'd be in for a gain this week, but have adhered to the diet strictly for the last few days and it has paid off!  Now I wonder what I would have lost if I had stuck with it all week.

So Week 4 of Endurer's Challenge has gone and I am still on track for my target.  I admit, it will be hard but on the other hand it does appear that my loss is perhaps going to be more than the 2 lbs a week I estimated originally - given what my doc said that should not surprise me but I do not want to expect more than that.  I'm just as happy with the small figures.

This week, I'm going to be a good girl.  I want to see how well I can do next week and, of course, I really want to make that target I set for myself.  Never made a challenge target before so there's an incentive to succeed

Way to go!!

Now the line on your chart looks as if it is starting to take the shape of a ski slope!!!  Stick with it.  You would be surprised at how much weight you will lose, if you don't cheat and stick to it like you were saying.  It always teeters from week to week, but like you said, small numbers are good too!!

Proud of you girl!! Keep it up.  Have a wonderful weekend, and I will catch back up with you on Sunday or Monday, we are going on a mini break this weekend!

Lots of love,

Kami

WTG!

Way to go, girlie!

Great loss!

I have weeks when I hold my breath and cross my fingers that I'm going to have a loss when I know I've stumbled a bit...way to go with getting back on track and pulling out the loss!

I saw your comment on AndreaN's blog...you mean you can't make that short little "jump" over the pond to Tulsa, OK to come walk/jog with us?!?

Great job~

Awesome! I am glad you did so well! Once you get into the habit, it will become easier and easier to adhere to the program.

Congrats!

Heather

We don't really have a winter to recover from. It stays in the 60s and 70 here all year round. We have occasional 50s. When we got here to check in, it was like that. We were all wearing shorts and they had space heaters in the housing office and wearing coats and scarves. LOL
