Before After

What I eat :)

Had a great day yesterday.  I do seem to be going through a hungry moment though but I am snacking healthily and not starving.  Here's my food for today for instance:-

Breakfast: 50g granola with skimmed milk, 50g of prunes and a massive cup of coffee

Snack: Peach and a big mug of tea

Lunch: Diet Chef pea and ham soup, another mug of tea and a Nakd Cocoa Bar

Snack: Banana and you guessed it, another big mug of tea

Dinner: Diet Chef sausage casserole with lots of broccoli and cauliflower

Snack: Grapefruit

I take a 100% RDA multi-vitamin, Ginseng and Ginkgo Biloba, and yes, on top of all that tea I still manage to drink loads of water.  I've always been a fish haha

I've taken to the rule of eating my snacks like a meal - I chop the fruit up with a knife and eat it with a fork.  Seeing my mother's face on Saturday when I was eating my peach was amusing but she didn't say a word - mind you, eating fruit with a fork is probably something she is used to and was no doubt just surprised to see me doing it.

Hubby in London all day so not back until late - means that I don't have to cook for him hehe  Night off, yeah!

Have a good day all - will catch up with your blogs later.

Good deal

Glad you're not starving.  That can have the opposite effect.  That's funny that you cut up your fruit and eat it with a fork.  But I bet it slows you down.

Tea

I have heard that tea in England is made where it isn't bad for you or too fattening. Thena again, ya'll are known worldwide for your tea. Now sweet tea in the South is SUPER bad for you. My friend would brew her tea and then mix about a cup and a half of sugar over ice to make a pitcher. Man, it tastes so good though!

Hey, you keep up the great work! You know that if you keep it up, the results will follow behind it!

Have a great day!

Heather
