Probably a STS week

Somehow I doubt I'll lose this week - sorry yellows   But fingers crossed - miracles can happen.

I had a reasonable day yesterday.  Gave in and had fish and chips for dinner.

My TOTM is late - and no I'm not preggers, just peri-meno which is a pain in the neck as it seems to me to mean having PMS and cravings for two weeks instead of just a few days.

So the bad news is that I may not lose anything this week.

The good news is that I will definitely not have gained this week - woohoo!  A maintain is as good as a lose as far as I'm concerned.  There's the bonus that I may actually avoid the plateau I usually hit at around week 4 or 5 due to my rather naughty week.  Always a positive to everything

I like your attitude!! And who knows, you might still be surprised. Besides, it's really not all about the number on the scales, especially for women. I think we should look at the way we eat and the exercise we do. Scales sometimes don't play along. :)

And you are right, maintain is just as good as a loss. Maintaining is hard, too!!

However, I have quite possibly and probably gained this week.  Sorry Yellow.  Man!  I do believe we might not win this one.  LOL!  But we are going to great for NEXT week.

Not A Chance!!

Just replying to your comment if I would ever win a race.  Hahahahahahaha!!    Probably not in the this lifetime.  Although - if I keep running when I'm in my 60's I might end up winning an age group award!

As for Team Yellow - I am down a little but back up from yesterday.  Strength training does it to me everytime.

Keep the faith though - we'll get there eventually!
