Bad day
Had another bad day but not as bad as it could have been. Ate lots of chocolate, samosas and a biryani, then ate more chocolate! Okay, back on the grapefruit I think 
The scales are showing 3 lbs up - nooooo! Probably like holiday weight though so will shift before Thursday (fingers crossed). Going to be ultra strict over the next 3 days to make up for my bad behaviour.

FRUITY
I too wasn't very good yesterday. I have started today with a big bowl of fruit salad which has already made me feel mentally better. We just need to put yeatday behind us and carry on.

Don-t worry!
I don't think anybody was really good this weekend. Don't worry, and just get back on the wagon. You can join hands with me and TatumsMom, and we'll all jump together. That'll make things easier!

Whew!
Glad I won't be the only one! LOL! I hate to let my team down. And I feel like I have. And we just started the challenge. All we can do is get back on track today!

the trick is to get back into it, my bad weekends normally turn into bad weeks lol and sometimes even bad months and years lol. I had a lovely chinese yesterday and couple of drinks which im sure is not recommened in the weight watchers manual lol but Im sure with the next three days we can both bring it back and see that loss.

It's okay
It looks like a lot of us fell off trak this weekend. At least today is a new day and a new chance to start over. Woohoo! Let's get back in the game!
