And here comes the weekend
And that means mother, who I so love to bits and I admit was very supportive when I saw her last. I definitely want to keep the momentum up that I've had going over the last few days - if I can do another 16 or 17 days without deviation, then I'll be happy - if I can make it until my birthday, I'll be even more happy
Didn't sleep well last night - woke up and starting thinking about dad which led to me sobbing like a baby at 0230 - didn't get back to sleep until around 0500. Only natural I guess - I wish that dad could have been here for my 40th. But I don't feel like comfort eating - I'm losing this weight for him. He always wanted to see me thin and so that is what I shall do. I want him to be proud of my weightloss achievement - I'm sure, wherever he is, he is grinning at my success so far and spurring me on.
Have a good day everyone.

Moms....
Moms are great beings!! I bet you'll love having yours around. And I like the way you have your dad as a motivation on weight loss. He would be so proud of you, I am sure!
Good going on the loss!!
Big hugs!

Aw
That can't be easy, missing your dad. Just remember that he will have wanted to see you slim because it would help you to be healthy and happy - which is something you should want for yourself too!
Keep going hun, you know you can!

keep it going~
I kno w it is rough trying to lose when you have emotional things going on and then something else happens and side tracks you. With life, there are so many obstacles and emotional things that knock you for a loop and then next thing you know, there is a yummy cake sitting in front of you saying,"EAT ME". Your dad would be so proud of all that you have accomplished and will keep smiling down on you while you work toward your goals. Just keep making the time, no matter what and try to look toward the future and keep the happy moments from the past there to look upon when you feel you need to.
You have a great weekend!
