Whoops!

Why did I eat half a large pizza?  That's what I'm asking myself this morning.  I suppose I'm chuffed that I did not eat an entire large pizza though.  But then I followed it up later with two weetabix and a load of sugar piled on top.

Truth is, I made the big mistake of letting myself get too tired.

Also, I've found myself getting upset over my dad again which seems to spark off the comfort eating.

I shall take comfort in the fact that whilst I ate a lot, I didn't binge OTT like I normally do.  Plus I'm back in the swing of it this morning so no several days of stuffing.

Breakfast at the mo has just been a coffee - to be honest, I'm just not hungry this morning - maybe cos I had my breakfast last night haha

important thing is

The important thing is that you realize your mistake and you feel horrid because of it, and also that you are back into the swing again.  We will all make mistakes, I have made them too here recently, but that's life.  Key thing to remember is once you have made the mistake and realize it, put it behind you, no need to even give it another thought and beat yourself up about it.

Great Attitude

Keep up the great attitude! So, you had one bad night? It is no reason to start a binge that last a few days. Way to get back on the band wagon today!
