Seriously, I was so so busy yesterday.  Started at around 0730 and didn't finish until 2000 hours.  But I love it

Alas, I didn't do any Wii - hubby was playing on the Xbox with his friend and we don't have a spare telly.  Going to see if I can connect the Wii to my computer monitor.

I was really hungry last night - could have binged big time but went to bed instead.

Hope today is easier, diet wise I mean hehe  Dinner is going to be a Go Lower Curry with brown rice.

not binging...nighttime is the WORST!!!!! I tried the quinoa...(keenwa) It wasn't too bad... I put some sugar free strawberry jam in it. Hope you have a less busy day!

I think it's great that you chose to go to bed instead of binging!  Awesome!

I made that choice too

I went to bed at 9pm on Friday night just to avoid binging. Sleep is a great way to avoid overeating and you get to feel well-rested the next day too!
