Berries berries and more berries
Last night we went shopping and I really fancied a treat; and whilst chocolate immediately flew through my mind followed swiftly by a thought of cake, my hubby pointed out this big pack of mixed berries consisting of blackberries, raspberries, strawberries, blueberries and red currants. Guess what I got hehe I think my daily fibre went through the roof but I was in heaven (and no I didn't dip them in chocolate haha). Think I shall treat myself to those mixed berries more often 
Managed to do 16 mins on the Wii yesterday, mainly aerobics. I've unlocked Super Hoola Hoop and have discovered that I so cannot hoola to the right. Also unlocked the next Step so now go for 6 mins without stopping, yeah!
Going to see mum today and that means going out to lunch. I plan to have a bowl of soup and a bread roll without butter.
Just had my breakfast of three chicken frankfurters (they are only 70 cals each) and about to have a grapefruit. I've been eating a grapefruit everyday sliced like you would with oranges. I like them anyway but I'm hoping that the research article I read is true and they do help you lose weight. If not, well it's even more Vitamin C.
