I love my Wii
Truly, okay I only did 13 mins on the Wii Fit yesterday but that's 13 mins than I would normally do
I'm building it up slowly and hope to be doing 30 mins every day. I love the step and can't wait to unlock a longer version as I keep having to redo the same one over and over. Not tried the muscle exercises or yoga yet though, but I'll get there once I've lost a bit of weight.
Diet going smashingly. Had a fantastic omelette this morning with 1 tsp olive oil, two eggs and a tbsp of cheddar - yummy yummy! Getting a tad bored of eggs though so have frankfurters for tomorrow's breakfast. Got to get that protein in to keep me going until lunchtime hehe.
