Day 10
And I've come to realise that I must listen to my doctor. Why? Because the last few days I have been following a low cal diet that is higher in carbs and now I feel awful, am bloated and "swollen" and very heavy - it's like I'm walking through water! I dare not go near the scales, but if I did I would know that it's all water retention.
So today, I go back on the low carb. Had a couple of poached duck eggs for breakfast and wow, are they lovely
Lunch is a pack of Go Lower Chicken, Tomato and Pepper in White Wine. Dinner is going to be a big prawn salad with a tablespoon of chilli mayo. I've really taken to salads due to the chilli mayo.
Have had to take a water tablet, bah!
So onwards and downwards hehe
