Day 9 - whoops
Oh dear
I let the chocolate attack last night - ate about 150g of the stuff! At least I'm within calories but the carbs will be a killer on the water retention I suffer so much from. But in victory, I lasted 7 whole days without any ![]()
Today is a new day and I'm all ready for it. I would really like to get below the 19 stone mark by the end of July. That means losing around 2lbs every week for the next three which is not impossible. Admittedly, on the diet I am on I am supposed to lose a stone or so a month, but I'm not doing it 100%, modifying it slightly to suit my needs.
