Starting again....
I have a goal with a co-worker. Her birthday is August 3rd and mine is August 4th. We both hope to be at 135 to 130 on our birthday. I finally have a real life friend to do this again.
I am at 149 today.
Last year I started on this date and did it! Now I am back to this date and really need to get serious about this!!!! One reason is this August I get my new photo id taken for my driver license. I do not want another cubby looking face taken again!!! For some reason I get a fat neck. So here is to another couple of months losing and fingers crossed never putting it back on! 
Every Wednesday will be my wonderful weigh in day. The post title will be my current weight. I still need to start a excerise plan. I have been working alot of extra hours and with 3 kids that is not easy. I am still eating better and that is how I am losing a little each week.
I know what I did wrong = ate and not one bit of excerise. I started back January 2, 2008. I AM going to stay after I lose this weight. See what happens when you leave at your goal weight = it comes back. (at least for me it did)
All that hard work is down the drain.
I made a goal back in February to lose this weight. My goal weight was 130 pounds. After the past few weeks, I did not think I was going to make it to 130. I knew it was going to be close but was pretty sure I was not going to make my goal weight.
Well today is June 1st and my weight is 129. I am in total shock. I worked extra hard this past week and it paid off.
I am so proud of myself. The past 5 to 7 years I gained this weight. With having 3 kids and being on a medications called Effexor and birth control. I gained weight fast. After having my last baby last July and getting off all medcations. My weight started coming off. I watched what I ate and excerised.
Well I have to get the kids ready for school. I am very thankful for this site. It has helped me alot.
I am going to continue to past my weekly updates. Have a nice weekend everyone!
I have made my goal. Yesterday on the scale it said 129.8. Today it says 130 even. I am not going to update my weight log till the deadline on June 1st. I did very well this Memorial day weekend on the eating. The only bad thing I ate was 2 roasted marshmellows. (they where good too.) I did alot of extra walking too.
132 even! I have to lose 2 pounds to get to my June 1st goal. I do not think I am going to make that goal. I am not going to sweat it if I don't. It is the holiday and I am going to cheat a bit.
Lots to do today.
Hubby is at a softball tournment now and I should leave to watch him play.

Things have been very busy. On Monday, Wednesday, and some Saturdays my husband has softball games. My son has games on Tuesday, Thursday, and some Saturdays. 
Today my oldest daughter , son, and I went and saw Shrek 3. Then we went to my son's game. After the game we celebrated my daughter's 8th birthday. Her birthday is the 20th, but I work all day. I am so tired from today, lol. I hope everyone is having a great weekend! 
134 (even) This is a tiny loss, but again this is a loss not a gain.
