A Bit of Bad, A Bit of Good
So let's get the bad part out first. I didn't eat healthy at all this week. NOPE NOPE NOPE! I said I was gonna and failed miserably. However I went to the grocery store today and stocked up on healthy stuff...point for me! So I will tackle it again this next week.
The good part is I am still being very active. I haven't weighed in yet. I will soon I just had the time now to blog and I am taking up on it. There is a great new show on FitTv on Tuesday nights. It's called Shimmy. It's a very upbeat bellydance for fitness show. I have my dvd sets by Neena and Veena who are typically a bit slower. Well the speed up by 3rd dvd but anyway I think I was getting burned out on them since I haven't felt like putting them on. This show was setup very much like Namaste Yoga. Except with bellydance obviously lol. They teach you some movements then you put them all together for a short choreographed peice at the end. Then you get a couple min just to dance freestyle. I REALLY enjoyed it and I was sweating tons by the time I was done.
