Day One

Ok so the first weights and measurements have been taken and i am so ashamed i am 13st 3.5lbs and i have a 48inch hip omg.
 
Must get going on this.
Going to get into my home gym routine and then following a fellow weight watcher after getting to 11st i am going to start running.

The day before!

Ok so day before my journey begins. I have always been a yoyo dieter and managed to get to 9st for my wedding on 12th July 2008. I recently weighed myself and to my horror found i was 13st. I vowed at that point with me turning 26 on 3rd May 2009 this would be the start of the new me. The new weight watchers me and the new fitter me. I have now got a home gym including an eliptical, cycle, stepper and rower and toning tools with a treadmill on the way so no excuses. I want to be able to do 20 mins on each machine eventually and then move on to my final goals below:
 
By the end i wish to complete the following:
1. get to 8st
2. complete 5k run
3. complete 10k run
4. complete half marathon
5. complete full marathon
6. complete half ironman
7. complete ironman
 
Additions
1. A race for life event in honour of my mum who is suffering from breast cancer.
