Should I or shouldn't I???
My husband and I had a really nice night last night. So I am going to write more about that than the actual diet thing.
I can say I think this goes hand in hand with me loosing weight. I am getting more attention than I'm used too!
And I'm not used to it... But Damn its nice.
Our Supper at Applebees was very good. They had a specials so of course we got it. 2 entries and appetizers for 20. We both got a steak and baked potatoes and steamed broccoli. I let him have the BBQ buffalo things Hes not dieting.
It was marvelous! And no I'm not doing an advertisement for Applebees I just enjoyed it.
I am having a delima do I sign up again for the ww or do I try and do it on my own with the support of myself and my family and friends. I really think I can do this on my own. I have heard lots of stories on if you don't go to the meeting you gain the weight back.
Whats your opinion on this?

Wednesday hump day! Why do they say that its so silly....
Good-morning this has been a great morning so far.
Got up. got dessed on time even had time to stop and get an egg mcmuffin and coffee.( by the way that's 7 ww points) 16 left for the day.
Got to work on time, a coworker was back from vacation of a week and a half and noticed me this morning. "" Hey look at you"
A little tidbit she dropped out of weight watchers right after we all started last year now I maybe getting smaller than her or getting close any way.
That made me feel great!
This blogging is very good for me I dont know if it helps any one reading but it definitly helps me.
By the way I did walk last night after supper. The walks get easier the more you go do it. If you dont walk I encourage you to. It firms up your legs and butt and gets rid of that cellulite. I dont want to get all that saggy skin peolple get when they loose weight.
I guess that will be my next project my to work on stomach and upper arms to get rid of that saggy skin.

Weigh in Day
Despite the Chicken Pot pie with its 28 ww points mistake. I loss weight. Yipiiee!!
I loss .4lbs Hey thats better than gaining.
I didnt log last night supper but I did stay under my points. 3 miller lites =6 pts and a chicken taco =4 pts.
So that was 10pts. 17 total and add 4 pts of maybe beans so that 21 under my 23pts..
So my total loss is 43.6. I was hoping for the 45 mark but hey Ill take anything other than a gain.
Hey If yall happen to have Direct Tv check out a show called RUBY.
Although I have never been as big as Ruby I totally realte to her.

After Lunch
For lunch I had a salad from Chick fil a It had 5 ww points. And lite Itlanian dressing with an unsweet tea.
So I look forward to walking this afternoon.
Im on the right track. I ran into someone today I hadnt seen in a while and she was like Have you lost weight. I was like yea people are noticing. It makes it very encouraging when people comment like that.
Makes you stay positive................

Next Day
Im going to have to change the name of the post because Im too scattered brained to keep up with what day it should be. lol
Over the week end I did pretty good I walked Saturday and Sunday. Yip I got my exercise in. This morning my weight is down but not enough for weigh in tomorrow.
I am going to have to really watch it before tomorrow at 12. I will be counting down. I had really wanted to get to 185 tomorrow. Maybe if I walk 2 laps tonight and eat a salad for supper maybe Ill make it.
Yall bloggers pray for me for tomorrow ok.
So far Im at 2 points today! Which is a banana for breakfast and a large coffee with sweet and low and half and half. Since this is a critical time I may blog lunch and supper to make it to tomorrow.

Day 3 & 4
I had a busy day yesterday and was unable to blog. I work 8-5 and didnt get a free chance away from the ole boss.
Day 3 , I discovered I ate something really bad. I knew it was loaded with points when I ate it but Dang I didnt know it had 28 points.
Ok so you want to know what the hell I ate.
Yall I ate a staufers chicken pot pie. 10 oz of pure good crust and chicken. lol
My ww friends and I looked it up yesterday and we discovered it was 28 weight watcher points.
I have already decided I will have to do a extra lap of my walk.
So Day 4, I am definitely gonna get moving. I have discovered I do not loose the weight if I do not walk. And the dog enjoys it too. So let me get off this computer, get dressed and go do the walk. I will not be missed here hubbys still snoring away. lol Yall ladies have a great day and stay positive we can do this .. 1.2 lbs to go to get to 45lb loss. My weigh in is tuesday... ok enough talking get to it Elise.

Day TWO
Hello all, I noticed while ago the size 16 s I have on are way baggy. Thats a good sign as far as my weight loss but not for my pocket book. lol I guess I will have to pay a visit to the ole consignment store.
I love getting new clothes. A friend who is in ww with me who is also loosing weight has been giving me clothes. I need 14s now. Originally I had set a size 12 as my goal. Wow Just think if I am wearing 14s I dont have far to go.
Some of my friends say if I get to my ideal I will be smaller than a 12. At 5 6 I should be 155. I am getting closer..

Day One of Blogging
This is day one of blogging but my tenth month doing weight watchers. I have lost 43.2 lbs so far. I startedI was 231lbs and had never really thought about how fat I was. I was happy so why worry about being fat. I had the perfect husbamd and kids and life.
Well my job started the at work program and I joined with other co workers. My life has changed tremendously.
I am happy I can wear normal clothes I walk I do not have any health problems (knock on wood). I am very supersticious. But the journey continues and now I will blog to you about it.
