Ekk!!! Oh no !! Argh!!!

That about sums it up ... i didnt weight myself on the weekend because i knew that i went up . I havent worked out and i have been eating out so much!!! I feel like i cant stop. I still have lost 4 lbs but i did gain 4 back aswell. I just cant seem to motivate myself and i have been so EXHAUSTED!!!! It is only 9:50 am i had breakfast at 9 and i am still hungry ! not to mention i want to pass out because i am so tired.

I have been taking care of my grandma becuase she feel down the other day and now she has 2 black eyes, a broken rib and a broken nose!!!! She looks horrible and she is in alot of pain .

Nathan and i bought a 93 pontiac sunbird!!! We can not keep driving our 2003 Chevy Silverado with these gas prices! Its insane. So instead of spending 130$ a week on gas for the truck we are only spending 50 =D . We are going to be saving 800$ a month for our new house!

If anyone has any ideas of what kind of food i can eat that will fill me up so that i dont snack throughout the day . I need help =( .I have to lose this week for so many reasons!!!

...to hear about your grandma. She is lucky to have you, hope she is feeling better soon.

I miss our Silverado! We couldn't afford the gas either, and felt we had to do something for the environment! But I loved that truck!

Fruits and Veggies

They are the best things to eat that have only a few calories so you can eat a lot and stay full.  The more water based ones are the best.

Eating out is hard.  I find I have a hard time chosing the healthier things on the menu when there are so many other things I would rather have.  I've found that if I decided what I'm going to oder before I go and then I don't even open the menu.  Get yourself geared up to go and make yourself crave the healthier choice.  Its strange how it's all a mind set.

Hope your grandma feels better soon.  We miss you on WTE.
