Emotional today * Day 30*

Well last night when i arrived home there was a msg on my phone . It was my grand mother. She had asked me to call her when she gets home because she needed to tell me something.

So i called her right away , i could tell that she was very upset her voice was trembling on the voicemail she left. My cousin had taken his life. He hung himself ='( . His two sons came home from school and found him .They are 12 and 18 years old.

This is a very emotional day for me im not to sure what to do . I moved from montreal ( were my family is ) to calgary,alberta about 8 years ago and i havent seen him since. Not to mention that i cant even take anytime off of work for the funeral =(.

I'm new to the boards/blogs, but I just wanted to say I'm so sorry for your loss.  Having btdt with my DH's nephew I know how difficult losing someone to suicide is.  My heart goes out to your whole family, especially his children who had to find him :(
