Deleted all my previous,
Deleted everything as that was from last year and well i haven't lost anything just gained =/ it's difficult being a student ie college one so I don't have a student loan or money and eat crap! Haha, I dunno what to do with myself and I'm not too good at keeping journals like this but I may try AGAIN.
Decided that I probably should just drink water, that is my first plan as I drink too much fizzy pop, also I need to try and get more active and eat better, my bones seem to ache all the time lol.
I was wondering does anyone have any tips on how to start a diet because I don't think I've ever started the right way therefore don't seem to lose weight! The McDonalds has already been banned by the boyfriend but he's soooo skinny he could eat 10 of them a day and not put weight on LOL.
So yeah any advice would be awesome! And hey, i'm still around
