Another week..
Ugh... it's been one LONG week.
NEW WEEK!!
Weighed in: the same. I didnt lose.. :(
HOWEVER! Bright side! I didnt gain. And THATS a miracle. Expecially with eating out a couple times and pizza last week. So.. this week - I WILL lose. Guarantee. Seriously.
And on that note...
It started bad.
BFAST: Hella early - 7am - Ihop with Leah. I got the Sampler that has 2 eggs, hashbrowns and 2 bacon, 2 sausage and 2 ham. I ate the eggs and hashbrowns but only ate one of eat meat. They didnt sit well. Then 2 pancakes. Soo.. probably like 700 calories? Who knows.. though I'll try to look that up tonight when I have more time and finish my entry.
Snack: Reason why we got up so early is because we went to a wedding show that opened at 10am in Glendale. So we sampled a sliver of cake, 1 meatball, 2 pcs chocolate, 1 potsticker, and I bought a large Mocha for the caffeine - I was tired. Soo I'm sure that cost us far more than we burned off walking for 3-4 hours but we'll guesstimate that later too.
Not the best start but lucky for me, I have all week to do better. :)
Saturdayyy
SATURDAY:
Morning: Full Bar 100
Lunch: Soup stuffs that zac made with homemade bread and tortellini stuffs and lots of veggies - I think he said that the portion he gave me was under 300 cal total..
Leah and Jesus had 2 extra tickets to see Gabriel "Fluffy" Iglesias from Comedy Central in Phx and they invited us so we went out to eat beforehand then went to the show - which was HILARIOUS. Very fun.
DinDin: We ate at the Fired Up Grill and I had a chicken wrap that had a LOT of spinach and a little bit of chicken (grilled healthy like) and cucumbers, a little bit of feta cheese and jalapeno hummus... I doubt it was more than 400 calories.. maybe 500 with the tortilla it was in.
Dessert: Jesus wanted some ice cream and who's really gunna say no huh? :P We stopped at McDonald's and Zac and I shared a $1 Sundae... probably around a billion calories.. but the website isnt working so I cant check...
So I'm pretty sure I'm under my 1479 limit but I cant do the math accurately enough. :/
Damn these calorie heavy date nights. :(
Weekend Fun! Or something..
Bfast: FullBar (100)
Ran out of the house pretty quick and didnt pack a lunch so I went to Fry's and grabbed a premade sammich and an apple..
Lunch: Gala Apple (80) and Premade Sammich with provolone and ham and turkey stuffs on about a 6in piece of wheat.. it was pretty much like a subway sammich and it had fresh tomato and lettuce that was still crisp! It was super yummy.. and filling! So I'll estimate it like I would a subway sammich. (about 410 for the cold cut combo at subway so I'll do with that) = 490 cal
DinDin: Well.. SUMMER.. had this great idea while I was going to try on clothes to invite everyone over and eat pizza. Not really... but she DID decided to order pizza for everyone... which was very nice - and yummy... dont get me wrong. Just very fattening. I had 3 slices and they were about 270ea. so's about 810 cal.
No workout :( BUT! I was still sore from moving my friends stuff down stairs on Tuesday. So.. its something. :/

This was a CRAZY busy week.
Week's almost out already! WOW!
Man OH man.. busy busy. So I took a test monday, and I have another on this coming Wednesday! And tons of homework.. papers to write up the wazoo and full time work! Whew... alright.. but here's for today's totals...
Bfast: FullBar (100) - thats it... was running out the door.
Lunch/Dinner: Went to Asian Cafe.. its one of my weaknesses... its cheap and very yummy... so I ordered the Kung Pao chicken that has lots onion and bell pepper and my estimation based on PF Chang's Kung Pao which is about 870 for the whole plate. And I ate half for lunch.. and a few hours later.. half for dinner.. so counting the whole plate = 870 cal
Coffee @ MCC before class - Medium Mocha no whip - based on Sbucks - 200.. I forgot to ask for nonfat again :(
Total: 1170
Allowed: 1479 - I messed up earlier and forgot that losing weight changed my totals!! EEK!

So.. wasn't exactly the most nutritious day but hey, tomorrow there will be some specific meals. :)

So it wasnt bad until dinner.. damn free fatty meals...

Right about 1570 cal for the day but thats also rounding up a lot.
SUNDAY
Lost 3 pounds for a total of 8 so far. WILL workout everyday that I dont have school - so at least 3 times.

Lunch: FullBar(100) 1/2 an IBC (70) Jello w/cool whip (80)

80 oz of water today and vitamins. But I still failed myself. I know I was busy but I really wanted to go to the gym 3 times. The best time I could've would've been while I was feeling crappy but I feel like all I do is make excuses. Next week is going to be crazy enough.. I need to take advantage of all the time I had. On the other hand - i dont want to push myself and get to feeling more upset and possibly sick when I have so much to lose... *sigh*... I suppose at this point all I can do is weight myself as soon as I wake up, make my daily planner, sort out my meal plan and stop wasting time. Even if a friend is over.

Snack: 2 chicken wings (120), 1 shot - White Gummi Bear (110) - compliments of Vanessa, was pretty good too, 8-10oz glass of Dr. Pepper with some high end rum.. I dunno.. Zac ordered it for me.. (160) - 390
And my friend English spent the night and was feeling a bit goofy and decided to make a cake.. because that's what she likes to do when she's drunk and whatever makes her happy.
So I had a piece of funfetti box cake - (240 for 1/12 of the cake and about 150 for the icing) - 400 cal

UGH... 81 cal over. -_-
Plus 55 oz water and vitamins.
Whew... Need to recharge.

THURSDAY

Work: Customer brought us all coffee for being amazing. Sadly.. I think it was the bad kind. The VERY bad kind. Like.. 16 oz hot doubtfully non-fat and with some kind of flavoring because I could taste more sugar than coffee kind of bad. So here's my estimate.. assuming it was a white chocolate mocha.. which is what I think it was. Why didnt they make us taste test things blindly in coffee training?? - 470 (what starbucks says)
Lunch: Noodles- single serving pkt- (96) w/Beef - 3 oz - (200): 296 cal
DinDin: FullBar (100) then half an hour later 3/4 egg drop soup pkg (100) and Brown fried rice-including oil and mix- (230) with egg (20) fresh carrot, corn and 10 small shrimps (50): 500 cal

WEDNESDAY

Snack:1/2 bran muffin (150) (free from Mo from Coffee Rush the night before) and 1/2 pbj (185) - 235 cal
Lunch: other halves of muffin and pbj (150 + 185) and sweet tooth Coco Krispies (has the same cal as special K - 1 srv - 160 ) - 495 cal
DinDIn: 1 cup cooked white Rice (242)w/ 1 can tuna (191)and 3 tbsp spicy sauce (150)- 583 cal

TUESDAY

Mum took us to Costco and we all ate there - no bueno... no bueno at all...

Study Time: 1/2 Chai (couldnt finish) w/ nonfat milk 20oz (whole =260) - 130 thank goodness for the free stamp on the coffee rush card...

Ok so first off I want to send a special Thank You to Terry, Autumn and Summer for being there for me and really helping me through this life change. You guys are really inspirational and I really feel like I'm making a habit to think of what I'm eating.. even if it's bad.. I'm at least WAY more conscious of what I'm eating and I always look it up at the time or asap to make adjustments and whatnot.

Now.. I know I havent posted yesterday or the day before... I've been swamped with homework (big test on monday coming up) plus notes, reading 2 text books and 2 childrens' books, a paper, and 3 english assignments. Plus, I've been dealing with stomach issues. I wont get into them but everything has been bothering my stomach since Tuesday. So.. no idea what it is.. but I've been going to work, going to school, checking quick stuff on the comp and then studying and passing out because my body hasnt absorbed all of the nutrients it should due to not digesting right since Monday. So.. I'm still taking vitamins and trying to get over the whole "feeling crappy" thing. However, I posted this to let you know I have kept complete track of everything I've eaten since Monday and I will put it in tonight after class. Possibly after heading to the gym too.. depending on how I feel. So I've kept track and estimated my calories.. I just need to get on tonight, check my estimates, and post in detail. :)
Just think... I'm still part time this week. Next week will be so much harder. :(
