Me time.
My pledge to myself today is to make sure I have 1/2 hour a day of "me time". Reading a book, taking a bath or even writing my blog. I think this will help to make sure I can keep up my diet because it will help to keep me relaxed and then I wont stress eat.
My diet is going well but I'm getting pretty sick and tired of the old garden salad that's for sure. If anyone has any recipes for something different let me know I would love to hear from you. I have gotten to the point where I would rather eat nothing than another salad!
But I know I have to eat something for lunch!

Good for you
Good for you for taking time out to de-stress and unwind! It's really good for you, just make sure you do something fun to keep your mind of food otherwise you may get bored and eat as a result (my reason for being overweight is purely boredom-binging!)
It's also really good to mix up the diet too. If we repeat the same meals over and over again eventually we get bored and give up . Just make sure you remember that there are lots of different meal options out there that are equally as healthy as salad! I love to have peppers and mushrooms and onions all cooked with tinned tomatoes and herbs on a baked poatato, it's really yummy and so healthy because it's all fresh veg, just make sure you dont use oil or use spray oil at the least for a bit of flavour as it's low calorie. I love finding new recipes and trying them out. I also hate cold food so salad isn't an option for me really! But I was told variety is essential to success with weightloss so give it a go and I'm sure you'll be surprised you'll still continue to lose weight!
