Time at mums.

This an excerpt from a comment I left for a freind that pretty much covers the last few days a bit more.

I have decided that whenever I "fall off the wagon" so to speak. I am going to enjoy every minute of it and not feel guilty. If I do feel guilty then Im more inclined to eat crap again. Im staying at my mums for a few days to give my boyfriend a break from looking after me coz he works long days poor fella.  Last night we had pizza, garlic bread and a bottle of wine. It was beautiful! Once upon a time I would have eaten the whole thing myself and I only had half so that in itself was a good start to portion control. The way I think about it is we have 21 meals a week and 10 snacks, therefore, if one of them isn't so good, that's ok its only 1/21 or 1/10.

As for my leg they have a big boot strapped on it now to try and keep it stable, I have another xray in 2 weeks then the bone should be fine. The Doc said the muscle damage will take a few months which I expected. With the boot I can hobble around instead of using the crutches, which is a huge relief. But its very hard to walk and causes quite a bit of pain, but nevermind I'm on the road to recovery and thats the main thing. 

Weigh in day will be 21st Aug 2008. Very excited

8/21 is not that far away so you will be able to weigh yourself soon! I'm sure you can not wait to see how you have done. Its good that you were able to ditch the crutches.

I am actually over the chips but still wondering why I am remaining steady with the weight. I am going to keep it up at the gym tho. I actually like going now
