Well diet is still going well, still too busy to really go into depth on my blog! My leg is still healing, the fracture has healed but the ligament damage is still getting there. As my leg is still not good I have decided to start using my boyfreinds weights to tone my arms, I guess I should buy a measuring tape. As there are no pics of my, my body even though I am big is fairly well proportioned, except my arms. They are big! I dont know why but I'll have to make sure I do plenty of stretchs so they dont get bigger. I anyone has any tips please let me know.

Well after a month off I haven't put on any weight which is great, but I am ready to get back on track. It's good to know I can break my diet and not gain which was one of my biggest worries. I had my body fat measured and its at 49.6% wow thats just crazy. So from now on I'll be recording my weight, bmi and body fat in my blogs. So hi again everyone I'll catch up on your blogs but I am sure you are all doing well.

Happy me, have lost another 1.1kg since last weigh in. Very happy. I know for alot of people it isn't much but hey every bit counts and I figure I didn't gain this weight overnight it sure isn't going to go away overnight. Truth is I probably would have had a bigger loss but since my last WI Ive had tacos, pizza and pasta all big no nos. I gues that just indicates how bad my diet was before.
Hope everyone else is doing well.
My pledge to myself today is to make sure I have 1/2 hour a day of "me time". Reading a book, taking a bath or even writing my blog. I think this will help to make sure I can keep up my diet because it will help to keep me relaxed and then I wont stress eat.
My diet is going well but I'm getting pretty sick and tired of the old garden salad that's for sure. If anyone has any recipes for something different let me know I would love to hear from you. I have gotten to the point where I would rather eat nothing than another salad!
But I know I have to eat something for lunch!
I really wanted a hamburger today... I still want one. Instead i came home and had a salad. Its so sad that the only thing stopping my salad from being a hamburger is a bun and a patty. lol I thinks its because it's so cold here today I just want to snuggle up and eat junk. Tomorrow will be my 3rd week on TF, it really has flown by. I am really pleased that I only broke the diet twice, if I can maintain that consistency I think I will continue to do well.
I'm also back to work tomorrow yay! Its been such a long boring recovery, made less painful by the lovely fellow bloggers at EP. I still have the boot on but I can get around quite well now, and am looking forward to a full recovery hopefully sooner rather than later.

I caved and weighed in, the good news is I've lost another 2kg or 4.4lb. Very happy with that. I thought it wouldn't matter if I removed the boot for a minute or 2 to get on the scales, I really needed to know if I had gained or not. This officially puts my BMI under 40 (39.9 to be exact). I am really looking forward to when I can start exercising, my boyfriend and I are going to join the local gym together. I want to be at my goal weight before my 30th birthday which gives me 337 days to go, which allows me a weight loss of just under 1 kilo a week to reach goal, which I don't think to too high of an expectation. Swimsuit here I come!

This an excerpt from a comment I left for a freind that pretty much covers the last few days a bit more.
I have decided that whenever I "fall off the wagon" so to speak. I am going to enjoy every minute of it and not feel guilty. If I do feel guilty then Im more inclined to eat crap again. Im staying at my mums for a few days to give my boyfriend a break from looking after me coz he works long days poor fella. Last night we had pizza, garlic bread and a bottle of wine. It was beautiful! Once upon a time I would have eaten the whole thing myself and I only had half so that in itself was a good start to portion control. The way I think about it is we have 21 meals a week and 10 snacks, therefore, if one of them isn't so good, that's ok its only 1/21 or 1/10.
As for my leg they have a big boot strapped on it now to try and keep it stable, I have another xray in 2 weeks then the bone should be fine. The Doc said the muscle damage will take a few months which I expected. With the boot I can hobble around instead of using the crutches, which is a huge relief. But its very hard to walk and causes quite a bit of pain, but nevermind I'm on the road to recovery and thats the main thing.
Weigh in day will be 21st Aug 2008. Very excited ![]()
I put up some virtual pics of myself. Im not brave enough to put up real ones. Its funny even virtual fat gal still looks better than I do in real life. lol & I mean it she may be big but she doesn't have my cellulite
. Anyway she's at the beach because thats somewhere I haven't been in about 5 years and its a place that I love. The first thing I will do when I am comfortable enough is go for a swim at the beach. Lucky uits the middle of winter so I have a few months to get some weight off. Anyway thats my dream for skinny me, to wear a swimsuit and go to the beach. ATM I don't even own one.

Just so you you my diet plan is a Low Calorie Diet formaula sold by Tony Ferguson in Australia. I dont think this is overseas, but its basically meal replacement for lunch and breakfast. I chose this to make sure I get all the vitamins I need so I dont feel tired. At night I eat about 3-4 cups of veges and 120gm of protein Ican also have 2 bits of fruit throughout the day. If anyone else in on anything similar, please let me know how its going for you.
