Day 1 - Kind of...
Well, this is the first day of my diet. Well, no, not really. Actually, I've already lost like 9 pounds in the past month. This is the first day I am blogging about it. I am doing the old Weight Watchers plan where I am alotted 29 points/day and can bank up to 4. I am tracking online at my own personal website - mainly because it has a database that has all the foods I normally eat in it, so its pretty easy to do. Plus, my lovely wife also tracks there and can help me fill in my tracker when she's got the laptop. I would like to lose some weight by next summer because we have two trips to the beach and I don't want to look like a phat slob. ;-)
