Starting over
Well it has been along time. I have missed this so much but I stopped blogging because I have gained so much weight and did not feel like I could do this any longer. I had lost 47 pounds and was close to my goal weight with the help of phentramine but when I got off the meds my weight went back up so fast I was just sad and ashamed of who I had become. But I have realized that doing this with other people like me made me try harder, and gave me hope when I had very little. So now I am back and giving this a new start. Im not sure it will work but I am going to give it a try once more! This is my first blog and not my last for sure. Im going to do this again without the help of meds and I am going to do great! So I am glad to be back and will write again tomorrow!!! Good luck all!!
