Here we go again

So here we go again...another battle with weight that hopefully I will overcome this time for GOOD!! I am 28 years old and have been battling weight since I was in junior high...A year ago I was blessed with a daughter and of course this added weight to me as well...I started post pregnancy weight with 252 pounds...this is the highest weight i have ever been...although my daughter and fiance have brought so much happiness in my life, it is time for me to be happy with myself...i am currently 234 pounds and have been changing my eating habits for almost one week...I have decided to use the south beach diet because it fits my eating style and I am worried about type 2 diabetes...This diet is supposed to help change your blood chemistry as to not let this happen...Hopefully I can keep up my good start of loosing 10 pounds in the first week...although I know that this is probably mostly water weight...I am excited to get started!!
