People are noticing...
Well...the weight is coming off slower then I would like considering I have drastically changed my eating habits. Maybe I need to work out more...at this point Im only working out twice a week for 20 minutes a time, my daughter is keeping me super busy as well as starting to get things ready for the move since my husband will be coming home from Iraq in a month.
But...today I went and visited a friend of mine and she said she noticed Id lost some weight. Even though its only 7lbs I can already tell a difference in my clothes..not a huge difference...but a difference none the less. :) So thats something to be happy about right? Hopefully I can lose 10 more pounds before my husband comes home!
