just starting
Well today my daughter Kristen Helton and I started a 12wk. work out program using the Biggest Loser thru WII...I forgot just how much I am outta shape but made it thru a 30min workout YAY FOR ME!!!! Even though SOME PEOPLE are saying its a waste of time am gonna do this for ME!!!! and I AM GONNA TURN THEIR NEGATIVITY INTO POSITIVE CALORIE BURNING ENERGY!!!!! TODAY ALONE IN JUST 45MINS WE BOTH BURNED 350-400+ CALORIES NOT BAD FOR FIRST WORK OUT IN LIKE 20+YRS. I AM A SMOKER AND HAVE FIBROMYALGIA PLUS A BAD KNEE AND JUST GOT DONE HAVING MAJOR ABDOMINAL SURGERY ON NOV. 1 SO ROOT US ON AS WE JOURNEY DOWN THE ROAD TO GETTING PHYSICALLY FIT...I have tried the high fiber, low fat diets and have tried all the yo yo diets and pills(what a waste) and had EPIC FAILS at all! So now we are gonna do the biggest loser which we watch EVERY WEEK WITH OUT FAIL....This is a new beggining for me and I will succeed for myself because I wanna be able to run and play and enjoy watching my grandson (now 2) grow up
