Day 1
Well, it's day 1 of my weight loss journey. Today, I'm eating about 1000 calories, mostly fruits. I have completely cut out soft drinks and fast food out of my diet. I worked out for about 45 minutes today. It was difficult and I'm sore, but I hope to do it every day, working up to longer, harder workouts.

Hard to tell how successful I will be at this point, if at all. But I'm ready to lose weight and get back to where I was 3 years ago - tumbling, athletic, and 120 pounds.
