New Day and New Start
OK I have started anew today and decided to be brutally honest and say I weighed myself this morning when I started and I am 209.5 which isn't good but not the end of the world either. I have decided this time around I am not going to be so obsessed with the number on the scale and more on the daily progress. I am going to celebrate my daily successes such as today I was able to stay on plan all day and also spent time on the treadmill and did some other exercises. That is a good day and tonight when I go to bed I will feel good about today and tomorrow will be a new day.
Hope everyone else is having a great day. Remember to take this process one day at a time.

hey girl
there is something about the winter time that causes laziness. keep on exercising and eating right. the few pounds you gained will be gone in no time. I am stuggling too. WE WILL GET THROUGH THIS!!!

Keep going now! All is not lost, that is really not such a bad number as long as it's temporary on your way back down the scale. Stay positive, I like the attitude you have in this post.

Yanno...
If you are only worrying about daily progress, the scale will also come around and reward you in time. It may not be the goal so much, but I think it will still be a bit of a pick me up now and then. You're definitely capturing the true essence of a true lifestyle change. Keep plugging away, day by day, and you will get your just rewards!
