Well, the weekend was fabulous, but unfortunetly I gained 2 pounds:( Guess it's not too bad for the 18 pack of beer I drank and the 1lb. steak I gobbled down, along with the chips, dip, and quesadillas.... so bad.... Ok. Time to start over. I can still do this, losing 19 pounds in 60 days til the race. That's .32 lbs a day, equalling 1 pound every three days. Definetly do-able. SWF, here I come!!!!
Well, the Master Cleanse 10 day is over, with a loss of 9.6 lbs. 3rd shift holdover killed me yesterday, so starting a new log for the May 11th 5k I'll be running with my honey:) goal is 155, so that's 22 lbs in 10 weeks. I'm starting a day to day countdown, so this is my motivation to make my butt smaller! The treadmill will be delivered Tuesday. Time to start training!!!!
Yeah!! Dropped 3 full pounds since yesterday.. Boy, did the flush work! Back on track with only 7.8lbs. to lose in the next 4 days... Kind of ridiculious, but am going to give it a shot... Up early this morning to start painting the "Go Blue" room (Michigan Wolverines if you were wondering).. haha... it's going to look great:) Staying motivated today with the help of my Honey.. Have a great day!!!!!
I need to write everyday.. Yesterday, ate some solid food, and foiled the whole plan! Back to it, and trying to keep the motivation level high! Need to finish painting the room to get ready for Tuesday's treadmill delivery, Very excited! Getting workout clothes together, and Making a ton of lemon juice to keep the drinks flowing. I just think of the saying on my frig "Being thin and healthy tastes waaaaayyyyy better!!!"
Day 3, midday
My day is going excellent! SWF this morning, and 2 lemonades so far. Going to keep up with the housework, and get ready to paint a bedroom... Motivation is key today, being that I would love to kick it on the couch and boob-tube it.... Keep the energy high!!
Day 3 of the "Master" journey
Well, I am here on Day 3, losing 5.2 lbs. so far. Think I set my goal of 16.6 pounds a little too high for this Cleansing process, but after the initial 10 days, I can readjust. I have 7 days to go, and of course I am now on my 2 days off, so hopefully I can stay on track. It's easy at work, because I am always on the move, and dont even think about food. But these 2 days will definetly be the test as to motivation level. I am going to work out at Bob's tomorrow, since I still have cleaning to do today before the inspection at 1pm. Hope your night and morning were as "productive" as mine! Ha! Will check back later this afternoon to see how you are doing:) Love you!!!!!
