Dr.Jan Garcia Jr. Great Plastic Surgery Specialist
Dr. Jan Garcia, Jr.'s expertise is the greatest asset to the Plastic Surgery Arts Center. He is a Board Certified Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon. In 1979 he returned to Baylor College of Medicine and in 1981 started his Plastic and Reconstructive surgery training at UTMB in Galveston, Texas which was completed in 1984. He became Board Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgeon in November of 1990.
