On Track
Well here I am starting Day 2 of the rest of my life. That's the way I want to look at it. Like the sound of how permanent it sounds. I will be food journaling each day and some form of exercise 6-7 days each week.
I've lost this same 30 pounds so many times in my life and I want to lose it one last time. Between all things in life, I want to make me a priority.
Feeling good this morning - first cup of coffee and now off to the treadmill.
