CAN'T BELIEVE A MONTH HAS GONE BY I LOST MORE WEIGHT AND FEEL GREAT. BUT - AND THERE'S ALWAYS A BUT - WE ARE LEAVING FOR A CRUISE AND I HOPE I CAN BE STRONG
I DON'T KNOW WHY I DO THIS TO MYSELF - I'M GOOD FOR A FEW DAYS AND THEN I GO OUT AND I KNOW WHAT I'M SUPPOSED TO DO BUT DO I DO IT - NOOOOOO. WHY???? - BECAUSE I'M A WEAK PERSON - BUT THEN AGAIN I'M STILL ON MY EXERCISE PROGRAM SO SOMETHING GOOD IS COMING OUT OF THIS. I ORDERED FOOD FOR ONE MORE MONTH AND THEN WE GO ON VACATION AND TO FL. SO I BETTER GET MY ACT INGEAR.
WELL IT'S A 1LB LOSS BUT IT'S COMING OFF SO SLOWLY. I TALKED TO THE CONSULTANT THIS AFTERNOON AND I THINK I'M EATING WAY TOO MANY CARBS. I ONLY ORDER WHAT I LIKE AND THAT INCLUDES LOTS OF PASTA DISHES SO NEXT WEEK I 'M GOING TO ORDER DIFFERENTLY AND SEE IF THAT MAKES A DIFFERENCE. OTHER THAN THAT I FEEL GREAT SO I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS. MADE SOME GREAT BUDDIES ON THE JC WESITE AND MY TYPING IS GETTING A LITTLE BETTER.
WELL ANOTHER WEEK WITHOUT A WEIGHT LOSS BUT I'M NOT AS UPSET AS 2 WEEKS AGO. I FIND I'M IN MUCH BETTER SHAPE. WITH ALL THIS HEAT I PLAYED GOLF AND COULD WALK PART OF THE COURSE AND WAS HITTING A LITTLE FURTHER BECAUSE OF THE WEIGHT TRAINING SO ALL IS NOT LOST -HA. I COMPLETED MY JULY CHALLENGE AND AM STILL IN THE SURVIVOR CONTEST . EACH WEEK I SEE SOME TYPE OF CHANGE EVEN IF IT ISN'T THE SCALE.
WELL TODAY EVEN THOUGH THE WEATHER IS MISERABLE I FEEL BETTER BECAUSE OF A 2LB WEIGHT LOSS. IT WAS GETTING VERY DISCOURAGING THERE FOR A WHILE. I'VE REALLY BEEN EXERCISING AND MY CLOTHES ARE STARTING TO FEEL BIG - THOUGH IT DOESN'T MATTER CAUSE I HAVE CLOTHES IN LOTS OF DIFFERENT SIZES. WELL HERE'S TO A NEW WEEK AND A BETTER OUTLOOK. THE POSTS ON JC HAVE HELPED A LOT - THEY ARE VERY ENCOURAGING AND PICKED UP MY SPIRITS WHEN I NEEDED IT MOST - FUNNY HOW COMPLETE STRANGERS CAN DO THAT - MAYBE IT'S BECAUSE WE ARE IN THE SAME BOAT AND THEY KNOW THE FEELING.
WELL I DIDN'T LOSE ANY WEIGHT THIS WEEK EITHER BUT I TALKED WITH ISABELLA AND WE UPPED MY CALORY INTAKE TO 1500. WE'LL SEE WHAT HAPPENS. I'VE BEEN EXERCISING A LOT SO MAYBE I NEED MORE FUEL TO BURN. I SURE HOPE SO BECAUSE THIS IS GETTING VERY FRUSTRATING.
WELL I DON'T KNOW WHAT HAPPENED BETWEEN TUES. AND TODAY. I WEIGHED MYSELF ON TUES FOR THE CHALLENGE AND HAD LOST WEIGHT AND THEN WHEN I WEIGHED MYSELF THIS MORNING I WAS UP AGAIN TO WHAT I WEIGHED LAST FRI. I'VE BEEN EX. DRINKING WATER OH WELL I'LL TALK TO ISABELLA TODAY AND SEE WHAT HAPPENS
WELL THIS WEEK WAS A LITTLE BETTER. BUT IT IS STILL SO SLOW. I JOINED THE SURVIVOR CH. AND AM CAPT OF THE DOWNSIZIN' DIVA'S - THAT JUST MEANS I START A NEW THREAD EVERYDAY AND AM A CHEERLEADER. I LOST ANOTHER 4 1/2 " AND AM A LITTLE MORE AGILE SO I GUESS ALL THE EX. IS HELPING.
I REALLY AM DISAPPOINTED THIS WEEK I WAS REALLY REALLY GOOD BUT ONLY HAD A .5 LOSS. MAYBE IT'S BECAUSE I INCREASED MY WEIGHTS AND ADDED MORE EXERCISE - I DON'T KNOW , BUT I AM NOT A HAPPY PUPPY. WE'LL SEE WHAT HAPPENS NEXT WEEK. THE ONLY GOOD THING - MY CLOTHES FIT MUCH BETTER AND SOME ARE BIG.
WELL THIS WEEK WAS A WASH FOR ME I STAYED THE SAME BUT THEN AGAIN WE WERE AWAY AND OF COURSE I DIDN'T EXERCISE AND EVERY NIGHT I HAD A COUPLE OF GLASSES OF WINE - SO I'M NOT COMPLAINING. STARTING TOMORROW IT'S BACK ON J.C. TRACK AND ALSO EXERCISING. CAN'T SLIDE NOW INTO MY OLD HABITS.
