2 more days of Adipex
Well, I've lost 18 lbs. this year after 88 days of Adipex and lots of water, some exercise and no alcohol. I wish I had lost more, but I will continue til I reach my goal and then maintain. I need to add cardio workouts. I'm buying a recumbent bike and lifting weights every other day. I also walk my dogs on weekends. I won't miss the constant cotton mouth from the drug but hope my appetite doesn't come back like a gorilla. I will continue to eat the same, high fiber, lots of fruit, veggies, lean protein and lowfat, no fat dairy. I can do it. This is a lifestyle change not a diet. I proved last summer I could maintain.

Day 4 of Adipex - P
Eating about 900 calories a day. I may increase to 1200 and exercise more. The daily weigh is driving me crazy but holds me accountable. WW recommends weekly weigh ins. Thoughts?

Day 2
Ok, so this isn't going so well but daily weigh ins can be deceiving as water weight is to blame. I only had a 60 calorie red grapefruit for dinner and a less than 300 calorie fat free yogurt and high fiber cereal for breakfast. Lunch was two bowls of salad with some bread and butter and half a meatball at Spaghetti Warehouse. Starting today more water and more walking. I did walk 20 minutes yesterday.

Day 1
Today is the first day of taking generic Adipex for a total of 90 days. I'm a little jittery but have no appetite and plan on having a protein shake (150 calories) for dinner.
