Fat Smashed!

I lost 3.5 pounds! I have finally past that infamous 188, I know it's only by .5 but I hope never to see that number again. After realziing that I have been lingering around the same number (low 190's high180's ) for the last 3 months.I figured it was time for me to stop bull sh$%@*%$ and do something to get the rest of this weight off me once and for all!

So I joined a team from another blog of mine and we are doing the  50 million pound challenge! This challenge was formed by Dr. Ian Smith, famous for being one of the judges on Celebrity Fit Club. Anyhow since I was doing this challenge I figured I will attempt the Fat Smash Diet (again) which is also a diet made by Dr. Ian Smith. I have tried this diet in the past right before I got pregnant. I only lasted on the diet for one week, however I managed to lose 5 pounds. This diet goes by phases I'm still in phase one, although this phase is only 9 days I plan to continue it to next sunday and then start phase 2 on next Monday. This diet wasn't as hard as it was the first time around because now I don't eat meat so it is a little bit easier and hopefully I will be successfull with the rest of the phases.

I actually started this diet last week, I didn't mention it in my last post because I wanted to make sure I saw some results before doing so, so I am hapy to report that I lost 3.5 pounds.

Today I had a great workout I did C25K week 2 day 3 today, I'm behind in my workouts but I plan to catch up today. I was able to run outdside and I actually enjoyed my run/walk today. The weather was nice! Once I came home I did my 200 crunches and 20 pushups. Today I should have been on C25K week 3 day one , which I still plan to do later on this evening on the treadmill. Me and my DH might run in a 5K this weekend, if we don't go to Halloween Horror Nights. I really want to do both, but I know that might be a little to much as the Halloween Horror Nights activities are 4 hours away! I don't know we will see. Well gotta go,
