Maybe I'm just a Bad Girl!
Okay so I've been M.I.A. once again, I really have to stop this!
I like the new look of EP, it kind of caught me off guard. Just have to figure what all is new.
Anywho after looking at a few old pics of myself and how much progress I've made. I have realized that I wasn't finished yet. I still have a lot more work to do! I also miss running, looking at a few old race pics, and viewing a few running blogs made me realize how much I miss it and how much I really enjoy it.
Ever since I started going back to work and school life has been crazy and I'm still trying to adapt. Things are finally settling down, I'm still a busy woman just not as busy as before. I need to take back my life and get it under control. I need to stop making excuses. I need to blog more frequently because when I do I stay out of trouble, lol. Oh yeah I'm up 3 pounds but I know it 's due to TOM. I'll be glad when he leaves!
Since I've started working & school I have tried & failed several times to get my routine back in order. This time I must put my foot down! So with that said I've started C25 week 2 day 1 yesterday and will be doing week 2 day 2 today. I'm pretty much excited about running again, I just have to take it slow and ease my way back to running the whole time.
