Week One Day Two

Oh my, what a workout. I thought today it would have been easier than Monday's workout but I was so wrong. I think it had to do with me not getting enough sleep. I just worked three 12 hour shifts in a row not to mention that 2 of those nights I went to bed past 2 am so that should explain why my workout was so crappy. It's better than nothing right?

Anyhow so I'm glad I got that out of the way. I also did my crunches which is starting to make my stomach sore, so I guess it's working.

S I have worked out 2 days this week and plan to workout tomorrow and Sunday so it will give me four days. Working out after work is imposiible the only way I'll be able to get more workouts in is if I double up on the days that I'm off work,, I'll shall see. Tomorrow I'll be doing wegiht training mixed in with cardio on the elliptical and on Sunday I'll do C25K ( can't wait, lol)Anyhow I'm hoping for a weight loss this upcoming Monday. It's time for me to get out of the1 80's and see what the 170's look like!

Oh yeah I'm thinking about changing my goal weight to 150, no particular reason it just sounds beter, lol. I'd figured when I reach the 150s and not so strict on dieting. I will set 160 as my cut off point. 160 will be a reeminder to get my but in gear!. I think I will change it once I reach 170 so it won't be too high of a number of remaining weight to lose.

Yesterday, after I already had my dinner, I had a little mishap with my eating it was nothing too bad, I had a few spoonfuls of white rice mixed with vegatables and butter and two toaster struddels (msp?).Anyhow I realize I made a mistake and I'm not going to beat myself over it or feel bad about it. It wasn't as bad as it could have been and there is nothing I could do to change that mistake so I'm moving forward. Take Care &

Until next time much love!

Thanks for the welcome back!

Good for you working out even after being exhausted, you're really dedicated and I'm proud of you!

How's it going for you?  I remember when I started I never thought I'd be able to run 3 minutes straight!  It's a good training program, and will help get you into the 170's quick!

I don't

know why I'm having trouble finding the time to run....I blogged that it was poor time management.....idunno

anyway good for you...getting back at it!
