Todays visit to the gym
Had a good workout today.... my fitness level has increased because I can mange to do more now without feeling so out of breath.... I did 15 minutes on level 5 (hill) on the exercise bike, 15 minutes at level 10 on the stepper, 10 minutes on the treadmil at 5.5 incline and 5.5 speed. I also did 5 minutes on the rower....
I am going to have just 1 cream egg tomorrow for easter which is 3.5 points. I am going to put it in the freezer in the morning so that it is hard and lasts for ages in the afternoon/evening.

Weigh In .....
Yipeeeeeee, I lost 2lbs.... so 9.5lbs in total now :) I am going to relax tonight with a glass of well earned white wine (or maybe a couple). Kids are still on half term and driving me up the wall, so that is my excuse and I am sticking with it.

Feeling rather pleased with myself
I am feeling very pleased with myself today... I went out for a jog....... still cant quite believe it but quite an achievement for me. Ok I jogged for 30 seconds then walked for a couple of minutes, jogged for 30 seconds, walked etc etc but that is a good start.... not too long ago I could not job for 2 seconds without feeling I was about to keel over, so I am very very pleased.
I have also been out bike riding with my children so keeping them healthy as well as me :)
I know that I have a long way to go but I can see the end result in my head. My focus and motivation is strong.
Positive Mental Attitude.... thats me!!!!!

Weigh In Day
Well as expected I gained this week..... 2lbs.... I am going to draw a line under it and move forward. I am feeling positive today. I really enjoyed helping out in the class today and was helping weigh people. It makes me realise that I am not alone and that I am with good company to lose weight :)
Success can be achieved but I am the only one who can make that happen...
So here's to a good week

Ummmm ...... had a bad week
I have had a pretty rubbish week this week and I am sure it is going to show on the scales at my weigh in tomorrow. I so wish I could cope with this emotional eating issue that I have going on .... any ideas would be great........ Oh well I suppose I am going to face it head on, get weighed and move on.... a new week is just around the corner.
I am still dedicated.... I can visualise my goal and I will get there. I just need to cope with the ups and down that are going to appear throughout this journey......

A few weeks into the new me....
Well I am 9.5lbs lighter since I started my weight loss journey and on the whole I am feeling quite positive. Sometimes I feel overwhelmed and think I will never get to goal but I did not put weight on overnight and should not be expecting to lose it overnight either.
I am determined to lose weight safely and properly and have decided to do this by joining Weight Watchers. I even help out at the class so even more reason to set a good example...
So here it goes.... about 100 lbs left to lose. This is a journey for me. A journey where I shall record my thoughts, feelings, progress and obstacles.
I live in the real world and understand that emotions play a huge part in my weight loss battle. It is not going to be easy but I will do it!!!! Roll on Summer 2010.... size 10-12 and happy
