I finally remembered what I wanted to say! Yoiks that took far too long to remember. Anyway, I wanted to mention that I do still plan on posting my meal plan, along with pictures and possible recipes. I was going to do that 2 weeks ago but what with my great aunt's passing, taking a few days to come to grips with the reality of it and then having to prepare for all posibilities this now means concerning taking care of my grandmother, I haven't had a chance or want quite honestly, to get to it. But I promise to post all of it before my vacation in early September. I want to take a picture of almost every meal, so you guys can have an idea as to what my proportions look like on top of what I eat. So it will take some time to do it.
Spent the evening copying and saving obituary comments and well wishes for my grandmother to print out and send to her because she does not have, nor want, the internet. She made sure to get something in both the newspaper in her province and here, since she and my great aunt had lived here practically all their lives. It was nice to see and read the comments many had left for her and our family. And surprising to see just from whom. People were popping out of the wood work, some who she hadn't even heard from in decades. It was amazing and very much appreciated.
I don't know if anyone will find this interesting but I thought it was so cool when my grandmother told me that I feel like sharing. My grandmother was going through my great aunt's belongings to decide what stays, what should be donated and what should be thrown away. Well she came across an envelope filled with birth and death certificates of all our relatives dating all the way back to 1790. 1790! Holy heck, I think that's so awesome. We didn't even know she had these. My grandmother was getting a kick out of how all of the papers looked and how they've changed over the centuries. They're supposedly in really good condition too. I really hope to get a look at them at some point. That's just too cool in my opinion.
Anyway, on a health/ exercise/ diet related note, since that's what this blog is primarily supposed to be about... I still have absolutely no rhythm. lol. I'm starting to catch onto some of the routines but I still really suck. I can't seem to do the movements and shake my 'booty', lol, at the same time. Hopefully I'll get better as time goes by but man, I have no groove right now. lol.
Anyway, it's going 10:40pm and I am exhausted. So...
