No exercise today, too sick. I don't know what it was but I woke up feeling as if I had food poisoning. I slept a good chunk of the day but that doesn't seem to have helped. I plan on going right to bed after I post this; would have done so earlier but I had too many bathroom trips to make.
To end on a positive note, I might be doing the Insanity workout for the rest of my challenge. (Such as my challenge is. Ugh) I've been talking to someone who has an interest in Chalean Extreme and if it's possible, the last weekend of this month, we'll try to do a trade of our DVD's and see how we each fair with the others workout until mid September when we trade back. I worry about Insanity though, as much as I've been dying to try it, my wrists are in horrible condition and have been since I broke both of them twice. Neither healed properly after the second breaks, I can't do proper push ups, heck I can barely do them on my knees, my wrists just can't support the weight and the Insanity workout looks like it has plenty of moves that would require strength from my wrists. Guess I'll find out. Half extremely excited, half nervous.
