Had a good day today
Today was a good day for me. I had a follow-up appointment with my sleep specialist this morning. I was very concerned that I had sleep apnea because I'm constantly waking during the night. I have what he deemed as borderline sleep apnea. It's attributed to my weight. But he noted that because I'm losing weight and taking measures to ensure the success of losing weight that he did not feel that treatment was needed at this time. Yay!
This has all in all given me more incentive to get the weight off. Speaking of weight, I did my mid-week weigh in. I've dropped another 1.2 lbs since Saturday - and TOM is here!
The good news of the day got me charged to get on the treadmill this afternoon before I picked my daughter up from school. I decided to challenge myself and set the incline up 5%. Here are my stats for today:
- Distance: 2.70 miles
- Average speed: 4.0 MPH
- Calories burned: 413
- Steps: 7766
- Time: 40 mins
So today was a good day!
