So how did I do this weekend?
With the exception of going about 100 calories over my 1247-cal limit on Saturday, I feel I did okay. I know why I went over and know that much of it probably has to do with something else. Given that I usually undercut my calorie intake by about 200, I'm not going to beat myself up over Saturday.
Sunday was the better day of the two days. I knew I was going to have some spare ribs for dinner, so I planned my other meals and snacks around that. I didn't make myself hungry or anything like that. I also made sure to get exercise in (not like Saturday). The funny thing is I only ended up eating one rib because I was so full from my tossed salad. I just didn't have the room in my tummy for a lot. I did, however, make sure I ate some low-fat yogurt later in the evening to make up for the calorie deficit I created.
Well I'm off to get my day moving. That's so hard right now because I'm dealing with TOM (I'm also iron anemic). Hopefully I get some sort of energy surge here soon so I can go for my walk.
