My Goals
If there's anything I've come to learn with time is that setting goals for myself helps me a lot in my journey. So having completed a successful week and month with a good weight loss, I'm setting up new goals for myself.
GOAL #1: Exercise every day.
GOAL #2: Start strength training.
GOAL #3: Drink a minimum of 64 oz of water daily (continuing goal).
GOAL #4: Keep sodium levels below 1520 mg daily (continuing goal and for my blood pressure).
GOAL #5: Keep fasting blood sugar levels at or below 100 mg/dL (continuing goal and assuming I'm not sick).
So there are my goals. Now it's time to get to working on them starting with my water for the day.
