There is hope
I think I can speak for most when I say the toughest thing is getting past a setback. It's not easy and comes often with self-criticism. Then we want to do double-duty to get back on track. I know that's true for me. Maybe it's true for some of you out there too.
All I know is that I'm trying hard to stop the viscious cycle that's called dieting. I, personally, am not looking to stay on a diet. I now looking for a lifestyle change! It takes roughly 3 weeks (supposedly) to implement change. Well, I'm at the 3 week mark of changing the way I eat and I'm slowly seeing results.
I got on the scale yesterday for a little mid-week WI check. I'm sitting at 206.8 pounds - down from 214.2 pounds (my restart point here on EP was 210.1). That's a total of about 7.4 pounds in 3 weeks. My official WI day is Saturday, so I will post whatever that number is then. So there is hope...
Now if I can just get my focus off of food being the enemy!
