DAY 3

Well, well, well... Day three wasn't bad!!! I had to do Shoulders and Arms, Then Ab Ripper X (which i will do tonight)! But I did do my AM workout and I left GREAT!!!! Now, I woild like to have some Cardio!!!! But, I think that is Sunday... I am skipping Saturday (tomorrow)... Well, maybe... I will let you know if so!!!!
 
For Breakfast I had a Special K protien shake and lunch a turkey sandwich then tonight special K cereal....
 
HAVE A GREAT WEEKEND!!! Until then... Loves....

Day 2: "No pain, no gain!"

OK, Ladies and Gentlemen... my legs are going to fall off!!!! I was watching "I Used To Be Fat" yesterday and THAT is what I want to say!!!! However, I don't look "fat" just over weight!!! My body type is soild, FYI the WORST type to have!!!! Anyway, I did Cardio X lastnight and I did pretty good! I was sweaty, but I was doing good...well, ok!!!! OH AND FYI Day 1 I replaced Core Syn. with a 3 mile walking dvd!
 
For breakfast I had a some toast with jelly.
For snack today I have wheat thins and an orange then for luch i have a Lean Gouremet meal with a tsp of parmesan cheese!!! MMMmm!!!
And tonight for dinner i will have a bowl of Special K cereal.... Blueberry!!! Woo-hoo!!!
 
***SIDENOTE*** I have added 2 tsps on Apple Cidar Vinegar 2xs a day.... what do you think about that?????? or
 
ATTENTION****ATTENTION*****ATTENTION***** I DRANK 8 GLASSES OF WATER YESTERDAY!!!!!!! YEP, I DID!!!!!
 
OOO OO OH... I START MY NEW SCHEDULE AT WORK (10:30A) TOMORROW, SO AM WORKOUTS, HERE I COME!!!!

Ugh... My Legs!**EDITED**

My day one was GREAT during the workout, until I woke up this morning!!!! MY LEGS ARE IN PAIN!!!  But like they say, "No pain, no gain!" Well, I better be losing!!! Today is Day 2!!! I will have my workout at 7pm!!! Next week I will be going to work at 10:30 am, so that means AM WORKOUTS, YAAY!!! Oh and by the way... that puppy on my avatar, I will be getting him THIS Saturday!!!! And I start classes Monday... Everything is coming along and I will graduate next year... from college!!! BA in Business-Finance!!! Well, talk to you soon, Loves...

DAY ONE...

TODAY I BEGAN!!!
Started off with a great healthy BREAKFAST of Special K cereal, organge juice, and string cheese! And at lunch I am currently having a turkey sandwich, wheat thins, and an apple!!!! WOOHOO... I am full!!!! and lunch! FYI I left my measurements at home, however, I will edit this post and put it on!!! When I get off I will start my workout... around 6pm. I will have a new work schedule next week, hopefully, so I will start my workout in the morning!!! PS I CANT WAIT because working out late is HARD.... Any suggestions??? I will be back later today or early tomorrow morning with those deals... Until then, Loves...

UNDER Rock Bottom

Yes… UNDER Rock Bottom

 

I am tipping the scales at the most I ever weighed in my life…190lbs! Yep 190lbs and I am 5’5”! Now, I know its time for a change! I have been dieting and eating healthy most of my life, but now its time for me to combine the two. And I must add some exercise… YEP I SAID EXERCISE! I attempted to do the P90X a few times, but apparently it didn’t last. Well, I didn’t last!

This time around I am using what I learned from the ONE Weight Watchers meeting I attended and reading the books that they gave. Also, by doing a few alterations to the P90X Lean by replacing the Yoga X, Core Synergistic, and X Stretch with three cardio workouts I LOVE! I hope it gives me more motivation than the ones that I don’t like!

Day one will begin for me on Monday, Feb. 21, 2011!

 

The best way for me to lose weight is by encouragement and others success! So give me your success stories and I’ll look for some also and view yours… post a link to your blog…

            I want to lose 30lbs the first time around, then 20lbs, 10lbs, and finally the FAB 5lbs... totaling 65lbs and my ending weight will be 125lbs! Come and enjoy the ride or JOIN the ride! It will be blood, tears, and MOST importantly HAPPINESS (aka the weight loss)!!!
