Cosmic Intervention
Since my last post (did I tell you about the TWO right handed boxing gloves in my exercise video kit?) I have had no luck with anything at all. I purchased phentermine about 2 weeks ago. The FEDEX carrier decided instead of delivering it as requested and paid for, he/she would instead post a note on my door claiming "attempted delivery" on a day and time in which I was home (waiting AND watching for my delivery). I live in apartments in which one has to be "buzzed in." Believe me when I tell you these are the loudest buzzers I have ever heard. In a drunken stupor and near coma I would not be able to miss this buzz if I tried. Yes, I am indeed accusing the FEDEX delivery person of not making any sort of attempt to deliver my package. Oh, and I have blown yet another pair of pants out in the thighs. Four pair in 6 months. Buy bigger pants you say? My pants are already a size too big in the waist.
Admittedly, I'm not making any huge changes at the moment. I do drink a minimum of 96 ounces of water a day and I make sure to get all my fruits in a day. I eat veggies every day, working on eating more of those. I also try to eat breakfast most days instead of not eating all day until dinner when I pig out. I'm just not hungry at all until between 2 and 5, even tho I am up around (4, 5, 6, 7, or 8am) depending on when I have to work. And last, I have a doctors appointment on Wednesday to figure out a good weight loss strategy that I can stick to. Wish me luck!

Starting a diet
Well, here goes try number 172,001. I really need to lose this weight. I'm going to start off with phentermine on the 16th, provided it gets here in time. But, aint this some shit...I opened my "knock out body" kickboxing video workout and much to my surprise, it came with two right handed gloves. Can you say WTF? Cosmic intervention. My ass is destined to die from clogged arteries and no one will be able to lift my casket. Have you ever thought about that? My only fear greater than dying is dying and no one being able to lift my casket. If one could be humilated after death, that would definately do it!
Not only do I want to lose the weight, but I want to be a better person. But, which comes first? Certainly they are connected.
